The Marijampolė District Prosecutor's Office has discontinued a pre-trial investigation that was launched following a violent conflict between minors that took place on July 15 in the Poetry Park in Marijampolė. This decision was made after establishing that the individuals who used violence against the minor girl had not reached the age of criminal responsibility for causing physical pain or minor health impairment, as well as for a breach of public order.
