The Government did not consider the appointment of Škarnulis as the head of VSAT: the issue is raised to November 11.

Although Minister of the Interior Martynas Katelynas proposed appointing Donatas Škarnulis, who has been temporarily heading the State Border Guard Service (VSAT) since November 5, as the permanent head of the service, the Government did not examine this issue on Wednesday. Indeed, such a proposal was not included in the meeting agenda.
