Following "Peasant" leader Aurelijus Veryga's statement that the further progress of the advisory referendum on the concept of the family in the Seimas will have a major impact on the budget vote, Democrats' Chairman Virginijus Sinkevičius says that political parties should focus on concrete measures to help families. According to him, this issue should not be exploited for "culture wars".
