The Šiauliai Regional Court has started hearings on the merits of a criminal case in which members of an organized criminal group that operated for nearly a decade, from 2011 to August 26, 2020, are accused of large-scale distribution of narcotic substances in Ireland and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and of human trafficking.
