Belarus has refused to grant Lithuania's request to extradite Antanas Kandrotas, nicknamed Celofanas, who has been sentenced to imprisonment in Lithuania. The Ministry of Justice informed the Kaunas Regional Court about the decision of the Prosecutor General's Office of Belarus, according to a press release from the ministry.
