The Regional Administrative Court refused to accept a complaint by the Homeland Union-Lithuanian Christian Democrats (TS-LKD) group in the Seimas regarding the decision of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), which concluded that former Prime Minister Gintautas Paluckas did not commit a gross violation of the Electoral Code when providing data on his criminal record in the candidate's questionnaire for member of the Seimas.
