Vilnius District Mayor Robertas Duchnevičius says he perceives the decision by representatives of the Electoral Action of Poles in Lithuania–Christian Families Alliance (LLRA-KŠS) to split into two factions, one of which declared itself opposition, as an effort to weaken the institution of the mayor.
