The Minister of National Defense says that consideration is being given to establishing a state-owned holding company for drones, which would secure funding, while local drone manufacturers, having banded together, would receive orders and be able to adequately supply the Lithuanian Armed Forces. Lithuanian drone manufacturers have been saying for years that their products receive more demand abroad, while no investment is made in the local economy.
