Seimas Chancellor Algirdas Stončaitis this week participated in the autumn session of the Association of Secretaries General of Parliaments (ASGP) of the Inter-Parliamentary Union held in Africa. Viktorija Čmilytė-Nielsen, a Liberal and Deputy Speaker of the Seimas working in the opposition, had doubts as to whether such a trip was necessary.
