Wednesday morning is calm in Lithuania, though fog is reducing visibility in some places. Temperatures range from 0 to 5 degrees Celsius, and some frost occurred overnight in a few areas, Ineta Daunoravičiūtė, a forecaster at the Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service, tells LRT RADIO.
